DESIGNS

Every design seen here can be altered to suit your requirements, so if you like one of the more expensive designs but it doesn’t fit your budget, we can discuss ways of reducing the cost. Equally if you want to change the colour or add more beads/diamante to a design, that’s possible too.   This website gives you an idea of what I can do, but I often work to customers' own designs. Just contact me to discuss your ideas and I will prepare a quote for you.

COLOURS

The Swarovski crystals that I use come in many colours, so in most cases tiaras and hair decorations can be made to to match your dress or flowers. If you view the Chloe tiara, for example, you can see how it looks with both plain and coloured crystals. Diamante stones are available in silver, gold, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green and deep purple.

PAYMENT

Each tiara is made to order so I will normally require 4 weeks' notice. In many cases it will be possible to supply it sooner if I have all materials in stock.

To secure your order, you will be required to send me a cheque, payable to Ms K.Hill, for the full amount. I will confirm the delivery date at this time. 

RETURNS

Items are returnable for a full refund if you notify me within seven days of receipt of your order. They must then be returned to me by Special Delivery within fourteen days of receipt. 

Items made to commission are not returnable. Every design is thoroughly discussed before work is commenced. In addition, the client is sent samples of the components  so that she can see the materials to be used and how it will be made. This ensures that you will be entirely happy with the finished product. This complies with web trading regulations.

POSTAGE

I post all tiaras by Special Delivery to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Postage is charged at £5 per order (although this will be more if you require more than one item, or if you live outside of the UK)
